At Longship Brewing Company, we have buried the axe and taken up the brewmaster's mantle, which we combine with our adventurous palate. In the realms of both beer and cider, our aim is to captivate with the unexpected, offering a range of delicious beers and ciders that push past the boundaries of traditional brews. Our beer and cider menu will be constantly evolving, adding variety to our ever evolving craft beer & cider menu. We currently have three craft beers and three craft ciders on tap, and we are currently working on two more! For those who are normally wine or craft cocktail drinkers, we think that you will LOVE the complexity and crispness of our amazing ciders.
Several years ago, Joe’s wife bought him his first brewing equipment for his birthday, not realizing she was setting Joe on the road to starting Longship Brewing Company. Now our founder and brewmaster Joe Magers draws his inspiration and recipes from his intricate home brew setup amid the farmlands and vineyards of Lawton. Joe uses his home-grown Michigan passion to shape his beers and bring quality and innovation to Longship Brewing Company.
We can tell the difference between beers made with fresh, whole ingredients and beers made with extracts, and we think you can too. That’s why we brew everything fresh and impart flavor with real, whole ingredients, giving way to a taste truer to its origin.
